Skydeck is a free online backup application that safely backups my address book to a remote server manage by Skydeck. This backup is very useful because address book containing all important data. Like other programs, Skydeck is very easy to use.As soon as you install Skydeck, you have to make an online account which you will then later use to access your account using your computer's browser. As soon as you sync or backup online you can edit you contacts as if you were doing it on your smartphone or Blackberry, since they update each other it makes updating your contacts easy and more comfortable.
You can turn skydeck off to save on data transfer or if you just want to backup on a specific time. Overall I love how Skydeck manages to sync properly with my Blackberry Curve no errors or multiple contacts problems. I find it very easy to manage and make changes in my contacts logging into Skydeck's website.

In addition, if their files have been corrupted, you will be able to go back to the past when the data integrity was not in question.

I'm just trying to download this application. As I already have an account. As its website says it should have the OS 4.6.1 and am using OS 5.0 maybe that's why I'm having some difficulties.

I using the blackberry protect for backing up, but when I upgrade my software to 7.1.0.190 on my 9860. The restoring is wierd, all my memos and pasword keeper is restored only that it didn't restore my contacts completly, so I suggest that backup using the blackberry desktop is more complete..or using a several backup app, just in case it doesn't restore completly :)
